Another magical retreat was created last weekend.
The woman who join me on the retreat had a magical and transformative weekend away.We started the weekend by calling in the ancestors to work with us and bring in their wisdom and help us heal old family trauma.
Saturday was a big day of healing and really diving deep into our soul to bring up and heal any feelings of not being good enough, shame and being vulnerable.
Group mediation,healings and a walking mediation in the forest was a lovely way to finish the retreat.
I have the most wonderful chef come in and prepare a nourishing menu.
